Children at Trinity

Children’s Sunday School

At 9:30 a.m. on Sundays, children gather upstairs for Sunday School classes, where they learn stories from Scripture, sing songs, play games, make crafts, and have fun! Sunday school ends around 10:20 a.m., in time for Children’s Chapel and the 10:30 worship service.

Children’s Chapel

Every Sunday during our 10:30 a.m. worship service, younger children are invited to participate in Children’s Chapel, where they experience age-appropriate religious formation, art activities, and games. They rejoin their families later on during the service for communion and prayers.

The Trinity Nursery

Smaller children (ages 3 and under) are welcome in the Trinity Nursery on Sundays from 9:15 a.m. until the end of the 10:30 service. Trained staff are present on Sundays and special occasions to look after children. The Nursery is a nurturing environment stocked with toys and baby supplies, and an adjoining quiet room is available if your little one needs to nap or nurse. The Nursery is on the main level of the Trinity office, near the Chapel.

First Sunday Funday

Normally, on the first Sunday of the month throughout the school year (August – May), Trinity kids gather on the steps after the 10:30 service for First Sunday Funday, a time for lunch, games, art activities, and religious education hosted by the clergy and the children’s ministry team. Check our weekly newsletter frequently for updates about the next First Sunday Funday.

Wednesday Nights

In the parish hall on occasional Wednesdays throughout the year, Trinity often hosts suppers and evening programming, appropriate for kids and adults. Keep an eye on our newsletter or our calendar for details.
